Hebei Shangda Renewable Resources Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

Construction commenced on the 30,000-ton Waste Alloy Purification and Recycling Project, mainly producing master alloy products.

The AVIC Renewable Strategic Metals and Alloys Project broke ground. It was designated as a National Rare Metal Recycling Demonstration Project by MIIT and a National “Urban Minerals” Demonstration Base (4th batch) by NDRC.

SDIC Mining Investment Co., Ltd. increased capital and became a shareholder; the company was renamed AVIC Shangda Superalloy Materials Co., Ltd.

The AVIC Renewable Strategic Metals and Alloys Project was fully put into operation. The product portfolio upgraded from master alloys to high-end alloys: superalloys, corrosion-resistant alloys, ultra-high-strength steels, precision alloys, special stainless steels, and high-grade tool & die steels.

Cumulative sales orders reached ¥750 million; sales revenue reached ¥600 million.

Trial-produced GH4169 bars passed quality review, making us the first Chinese enterprise to apply recycled materials to aero-engine programs.
