On February 10, 2026, Shangda Co., Ltd. grandly held its 2025 Annual Commendation Conference & Spring Festival Gala. Company leaders, middle management, and employee representatives gathered together to review the past year's journey of hard work, recognize outstanding role models, and look forward to a bright future.
Chairman's Address
Chairman Luan Donghai first extended sincere New Year greetings to all employees and their families. He systematically reviewed the company's remarkable achievements over the past year in market development, technological innovation, and talent development. Looking ahead to the new journey of the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, he stated that the company strives to become a leader in the domestic specialty alloy industry while advancing toward the strategic goal of becoming the "world's leading provider of high-performance specialty alloy materials and solutions."
Using the "horse" as a metaphor, he vividly articulated the company's development philosophy: we must be both pioneering "steeds of battle" and stabilizing "pack horses" that secure the foundation. We need not only the execution capability of a "galloping horse that never stops" but also the clarity of "reining in at the edge of a cliff" and the insight and wisdom of an "old horse that knows the way." Most critically, we must build an efficient and collaborative "chariot system" — guided by strategy, supported by operations, and connected by processes and culture — uniting the collective strength of all employees to drive the company toward higher-quality and more sustainable development.
