On the occasion of the International Workers' Day, Shangda Co., Ltd. organized the "May Day" Labor Skills Competition to promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmanship, and to inspire all employees to delve into technical expertise and hone their skills. The event leveraged competitions to foster learning and improvement, providing a premier platform for skilled employees to showcase their talents, compete in technical proficiency, and exchange insights for mutual growth.


This competition focuses on core skill positions in frontline production, carefully selecting four critical roles: fitter, electrician, welder, and crane operator. It attracted skilled professionals from various departments to register and compete on the same stage.

All participants demonstrated high morale and gave their utmost effort in the competition, meticulously competing on every detail and striving to deliver their best performance. After multiple rounds of intense matches, the top three rankings were ultimately determined for the four categories: fitter, electrician, welder, and crane operator.
