Building Party Spirit with Original Aspiration, Fulfilling Mission through Solid Action — July 1st Party Building Theme Event

To celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, carry forward the spirit of the people's military industry, and promote the deep integration of Party building with production and operations, Shangda organized a "Building Party Spirit with Original Aspiration, Fulfilling Mission through Solid Action" July 1st Party building theme event on June 30 for all Party members. The event guided all Party members to remain true to their original aspirations and mission, and to take the lead in their respective posts with courage and commitment.

Reaffirming the Oath of Joining the Party, Staying Truth to the Original Aspiration

At the start of the event, all Party members stood in solemn formation facing the Party flag, wearing their Party emblems, and raised their right fists to solemnly reaffirm the oath of joining the Party. The resounding and powerful vows echoed through the venue, further solidifying the faith foundation of all members, reminding everyone to always remember their identity as Party members and to integrate loyalty and a sense of responsibility into their daily work.

Awarding and Commitment Ceremony: Setting Benchmarks and Demonstrating Responsibility — Party Member Vanguard Posts and Party Member Commando Teams

Following that, the ceremony for awarding Party Member Vanguard Posts and Party Member Commando Teams, along with public commitment making, took place. After comprehensive evaluation and selection, a group of outstanding Party members and breakthrough teams were honored with these titles. Mr. Zhang Hui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, presented the "Party Member Vanguard Post" awards. Mr. Luan Donghai, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, presented the "Party Member Commando Team" awards to the team representatives. The awardees and team representatives then made on‑site commitments to tackle key challenges.

Sharing Stories of Advanced Role Models, Driving Progress through Practical Action

During the meeting, outstanding Party member representatives took the stage one by one to share their stories. Comrades Sun Baofang and Zhang Huanhuan, drawing from their own work experiences, recounted their hands‑on efforts in technological innovation, project breakthroughs, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Their vivid and authentic stories set a learning benchmark for all Party members, inspiring everyone to follow the examples set, strive for excellence through practical work, and fulfill the mission of revitalizing the nation through advanced materials.

Special Party Lecture: Clarifying Direction, Integrating Party Building with Business Improvement

Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman Luan Donghai delivered a special Party lecture titled "Drawing the Spiritual Code from Party History." In the lecture, he interwove the century‑long history of the Party with the entrepreneurial journey of Shangda, illustrating how the invaluable experiences forged by the Party during different historical periods have been transformed—through Shangda’s evolution from scratch, from its early days to its public listing—into actionable guidance and spiritual strength for breaking through obstacles. Standing at a new historical juncture, all Shangda people will continue to uphold the soul of "revitalizing the nation through materials" and the aspiration of "strengthening the military and enriching the people." On the new journey of developing critical strategic materials for the country, they are determined to write an answer worthy of the times and the nation.
