Good News! Zhang Huanhuan of Shangda Named Outstanding Communist Party Member in the Provincial Defense Science, Technology and Industry System

Recently, the Working Committee of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China for Defense Science, Technology and Industry issued the Decision on Commending Outstanding Communist Party Members, Outstanding Party Affairs Workers, and Advanced Primary-level Party Organizations. Zhang Huanhuan of Shangda was awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member" in the provincial defense science, technology and industry system.

Zhang Huanhuan, female, is the Deputy Director of the Technology R&D Center at Shangda. Having dedicated herself to the front line of superalloy research for over a decade, she has consistently fulfilled her mission as a Party member. She has taken the lead in tackling key technological challenges in the aerospace superalloy field, striving to break through critical technical bottlenecks that constrain the industry.

In her scientific research work, she has led a number of key R&D projects and successfully overcome the core technology for the recycling and reuse of superalloy revert materials, with related achievements filling domestic technological gaps. Facing difficulties in project breakthroughs, she has always been at the forefront of the  assault  efforts. To date, she has been granted more than 10 authorized invention patents and has mentored over 10 young technical backbone personnel. During the development of several key product models, she has been stationed at production sites for extended periods, leading her team to complete the domestic substitution of multiple superalloy grades, effectively ensuring the progress of key projects.

Owing to her solid research achievements and outstanding contributions to her post, Zhang Huanhuan has received numerous honors, including Hebei Province's "May Day Women Pace-setter," "May Day Labor Medal," "Military Industry Master Craftsman," the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Advanced Basic Process Talent," and the "New Era Pioneer" award jointly conferred by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the All-China Youth Federation. The project she led was also awarded the First Prize of the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. Through her persistent dedication to scientific research and her sense of responsibility in overcoming difficulties, she vividly exemplifies the vanguard spirit of a Communist Party member—loyal to the Party, leading by example, and demonstrating exemplary conduct.
