Pursuing New Dreams, Setting Sail Once Again | Shangda Holds Commencement Ceremony for 2026 New "Shangda People" Induction Training

Pursuing new dreams, setting sail once again! On the afternoon of July 7, the commencement ceremony for the 2026 Induction Training of new "Shangda People" was grandly held, bringing a successful conclusion to the week-long series of orientation and growth activities for new employees. General Manager Gao Shengyong and relevant company leaders attended the event. All mentors and the 2026 cohort of new employees gathered together to witness each other's growth and embark on a new chapter.
At the start of the ceremony, company leaders presented each new employee with a certificate of completion and an exclusive package. The substantial certificate of completion was a full affirmation of the new employees' diligent study and steady progress over the past week, symbolizing that they had successfully completed systematic pre‑job training and taken their first step into the professional world. The thoughtfully prepared package carried the company's sincere welcome and expectations for the new talent, allowing every new "Shangda Person" to feel the warmth of the organization and build a sense of belonging and well‑being.

Subsequently, representatives of the new employees took the stage to share their training reflections and growth insights, speaking candidly about the mindset shift and cognitive upgrade from being university students to becoming workplace newcomers. They clarified their future work goals and growth directions based on their respective positions, and solemnly stated that they would maintain a humble and eager learning attitude, seek advice sincerely, perform their duties steadily, and dive deep into their roles. They pledged to quickly complete their professional transformation and devote themselves to various tasks with full enthusiasm and a rigorous work ethic, living up to the company's cultivation and expectations.

Afterward, all new employees and their dedicated mentors exchanged "master‑apprentice" agreements on site, formally establishing a one‑on‑one mentoring and support mechanism.

Going forward, the mentors will leverage their years of hands‑on experience and technical expertise in the frontline. They will provide comprehensive and detailed guidance to new employees across multiple dimensions, including practical operations, technical breakthroughs, work methods, and career planning, ensuring solid technical inheritance and effective transfer of knowledge and experience.

At the end of the ceremony, General Manager Gao Shengyong delivered a speech. He emphasized that workplace safety is the lifeline of the company's development and an unbreachable red line. All new employees must always remain vigilant about safety, strictly abide by safety rules and regulations, comprehensively avoid potential safety hazards throughout commuting and operational processes, and root safety awareness deep in their hearts while putting it into action. He also pointed out that effective communication is a core competency in the workplace, and encouraged new employees to actively seek advice on work challenges and address workplace concerns through the company's well‑established mentoring system, so as to quickly adapt to the work rhythm.
Finally, General Manager Gao Shengyong set clear requirements for the mentors, hoping that all mentors would earnestly shoulder their responsibilities in passing on knowledge and experience, generously sharing their technical expertise, practical skills, and growth insights. He expressed his expectation that mentors and apprentices would work together in unison, helping new employees transform rapidly and grow into capable professionals, keeping pace with the company's fast‑moving development. He called on the new employees to inject youthful energy into the company's efficiency and quality improvement, jointly driving Shangda's high‑quality and stable development.
