Shangda Holds 2026 Induction Training Series and Welcome Symposium for New "Shangda People"

In summer, chasing the light and embracing the prime of youth! To help new employees quickly integrate into the team, strengthen their professional foundations, and complete the transition from campus students to workplace professionals, Shangda meticulously organized a series of growth activities for the 2026 cohort of new "Shangda People" from July 1 to 7. Through systematic pre‑job training and a warm welcome symposium, the company injected fresh youthful energy into its high‑quality development.

The induction training lasted one week, focusing on the core needs of newcomers in their career growth. Five major course modules were designed to build a comprehensive and systematic knowledge framework for onboarding, laying a solid foundation for the new employees' professional journey.
The training content was professional, practical, and standardized, covering five key areas: company rules and regulations, workplace safety standards, confidentiality management requirements, position‑specific technical knowledge, and overall professional competence enhancement. With an emphasis on practical operational skills and consideration for long‑term career development, the program comprehensively supported newcomers in building a strong professional foundation.
During the training period, the company also held a heartwarming welcome symposium, creating a relaxed, lively, and sincerely communicative atmosphere that served as an efficient platform for interaction between veteran and new employees.

At the symposium, all new employees took turns sharing their onboarding reflections, personal job plans, and career development expectations based on what they had learned and felt during the week. They displayed a vibrant, enterprising, and positive youthful spirit.

Senior backbone staff from the R&D and production lines generously shared their invaluable experience, offering detailed insights into practical operational skills, industry trends, and grassroots work philosophies based on years of frontline experience. They patiently answered various questions from new employees regarding work execution and career growth, passing on their original aspirations and guiding the way forward with their expertise, thereby accelerating the growth of the young talent.
General Manager Gao Shengyong participated in the entire symposium and engaged in in‑depth exchanges with the new employees. He introduced that Shangda is deeply rooted in core fields such as aerospace, nuclear power, and gas turbine highend special alloys, with many products achieving domestic substitution. The company possesses core technologies and broad development prospects, providing a high‑quality platform and opportunities for young employees to grow and excel.
At the same time, he encouraged everyone to maintain a spirit of exploration and curiosity, to move beyond passive work habits, to actively delve into their business areas, and to deeply cultivate their posts. In the face of growth challenges and career bottlenecks, he urged them to uphold a steadfast and pragmatic work ethic, not fearing difficulties but rising to meet them.
He expressed his hope that all newcomers would ground themselves in their positions, accumulate skills through down‑to‑earth effort, and leverage the company's excellent development platform to achieve personal value growth. Moving forward in unison with the company, they are expected to contribute to the independent self‑strengthening of the domestic high‑end aviation materials industry and write a new chapter in the company's development with the power of their youth.
