This is a 300-grade ultra-low carbon maraging steel developed in China. It is strengthened by precipitation of intermetallic compounds (from Mo, Ti, etc.) in an ultra-low carbon Fe-Ni martensitic matrix. Tensile strength exceeds 2000 MPa. It has simple heat treatment, no decarburization, low quenching distortion, good cold workability and machinability
